The visitor has no worries as to the type of accommodation to be selected, as a wide range of hotels and private rooms and studios are always available.
Hotels are offered in Fyra, Imerovigli, Ia, Perissa, Akrotiri. A number of hotels along the waterfront line, are available in Kamari.
A number of private houses, rooms, or studios situated among the rocks of the island, are available to any visitor, with an excellent view over to caldera.
It is good to remember that the final price of any room, studio or house depends on its position and the view offered to the visitor.
After all it is a matter of your budget and how you wish to spend it.
It should be mentioned here that Santorini is a quite expensive destination and  rooms with a view to the volcano carry high rates.
There are also two hostels and three campings.
